AI AGENTPRE-SALESAGENT INFRA
Executive AI Demo Platform
A room of CEOs, each with their own AI chief of staff. Voice-first. Live research round-trip. Driven by them, not narrated at them.

The Problem
Executive AI demos usually fail the same way: someone on stage types into a chatbot while the audience watches. Nobody leaves believing it would work for them. For a CEO roundtable I built the opposite — a multi-tenant chief-of-staff app where every executive got an isolated instance with their own persona and credentials, spoke to it by voice on their own phone, and watched it fire a real research round-trip through n8n and Clay during the session. The demo was the pre-sales asset. It was built to be driven by the buyer.

Execution flow
16 isolated tenants provisioned— per-persona credentials, gitignored, operator-only
/health gates three integrations before doors open
Executive holds to talk on their own phone— iOS Safari speech → text, typed fallback
Anthropic API agent reasons over persona context
Research beat: n8n → Clay enrichment → back into the answer— live, during the session
Pain intake posted to Slack workshop channel
The format changed mid-build — a single demo became a two-act, hands-on roundtable. The app, webhooks, and per-persona infrastructure were rebuilt around the new run sheet and reused. A /health endpoint gated three live integrations before the event, because the one thing worse than no demo is a demo that dies in front of sixteen CEOs.
Key Design Decisions
🎙️
Driven, Not Narrated
Every executive ran their own instance by voice. Belief comes from doing it yourself, not watching someone else type.
🏢
Real Isolation
Sixteen tenants, sixteen sets of credentials, none shared. The same architecture you would ship to sixteen clients.
🔁
Live, Not Canned
The research round-trip fired for real through n8n and Clay in the room. No pre-baked answers.
🩺
Health-Gated
Three integrations checked by a /health endpoint before the event. Rebuilt around a mid-course format change without losing the infra.
